🔁 Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Priyatama Jewellers, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return or replacement.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, along with invoice and accessories.

2. Inspection & Replacement

Once the returned product is received, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection.

If the product is verified as defective or damaged, a replacement will be sent.

If the product passes inspection and is found non-defective, it will be returned to the customer.

3. Refund Process

Refunds (where applicable) are initiated only after inspection and confirmation.

The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

5. Exchanges

Exchange requests may be accepted in special cases depending on product availability and management approval.
